Is 110 pounds for a person who is 5'4" to little or to much

I'm a girl.
14 years of age.
I am some what muscular.
No idea the precentage tho.

Too little, the MINIMUM weight for 5'4 is 110 lbs (I know because I'm 5'4). So your fine but make sure you dont lose weight, but gaining a few lbs wouldent hurt either.

It really does sound a bit underweight to me, but there isnt enough information here. Being over or under weight depends on the following factors:
Build type (shoulder width etc matters a lot), how muscular you are (muscle is heavier), and your sex.
