jesa21 answered Thursday January 26 2006, 10:10 am: well to be honest with you, short of surgery, theres not much you can do. however, loosing weight can make them smaller and give them a perkier apearance. another thing that can temporaily give them a lift,is to "bind them". you may notice after taking off a verry tight sports bra they dont seem as saggy for a couple hours. another option is to try different types of skin firming lotions, that have collagen to help tighten the skin. also if you do the muscle building excersises for the chest, (like guys pecs)to build up the muscle under your breasts can make them look a little firmer. i felt the same way for a long time, but hell once you throw on a push up bra, they just look bigger.an i dont know about you but bigger is fine by me. good luck! Mckick answered Thursday January 26 2006, 10:00 am: You should try getting a push up bra. And try a couple of them to make sure it's the right fit for you.
good luck [ Mckick's advice column | Ask Mckick A Question ]

sweetcatastrophe answered Thursday January 26 2006, 9:27 am: I can't think of a way to do it with out buying something, I'd personally recommend a new bra, and get it professionally fitted to you, it's been proven that we usually don't get the correct bra, because we don't think it fits right, when really, it does. ♥ Ren [ sweetcatastrophe's advice column | Ask sweetcatastrophe A Question ]
whabit answered Thursday January 26 2006, 2:13 am: Try sleeping with your bra on for a while, see if that makes a difference.... Other wise there really isn't a way except for push up bra's ... You would have to except them the way they are (everyone's boobs are different) make the best of what you've got! [ whabit's advice column | Ask whabit A Question ]
