It's more important to watch how much you eat rather than what you eat. Avoid junk food in general, especially soda and other flavoured drinks. (Fresh juice is alright, but it's best to just drink water)
It also helps if you don't sit down for at least half an hour after a meal. ]

Well my friend tried this flour & sugar diet. When you don't eat anything that has flour or sugar in it. She lost like 3 pounds in a week i think. *NOT SURE SO DON'T THINK IM CORRECT!*
You just have to avoid anything fried & fast food. And give up sugar.

one you should just like the way you look but if you wont to lose a few pounds thats cool so dont eat foods with oil like fried fish and chicken and any kinds of fast food eat things like sea food not fried sea food and smoothies and get into some sports ]
