Q: Hey... I'm 15... recently I shoplifted and was caught. I was told it wasn't concidered a "felony" because it wasn't over $400. It would go on my record as pety theft and my mom would be fined. ...Well when I'm 16 I want to get a job but... is it going to be difficult (or harder) with pety theft on my record? I was told that when I'm 18 I can 'seal my record'. For now... is the pety theft thing going to be looked at when I apply for a job? Has anybody ever been caught shoplifting? if you have, does it make it harder to find a job? or some jobs like wokring in a mall or department store or any store? Q: I wasn't sure which category to put this under, so here it is. I got my 2nd whole pearced around january 15th. its now january 27th. ( 2 weeks i think lol ) i got it pearced with these earring in which are not real gold. My ear have been getting 'gunk' on the back of them. My ear are very senstive. I really want to take them out and change them into earrings that will not irriate my ears. Also i got my cartlidge pearced around December 23rd..and i'd also like to change this one. Would it be safe for me to change my 2nd whole now, like take it out really quick and putting in another earring?

Q: Well, my parents are smokers. My dad has been smoking since he was a kid.. middle school and now he is 39. My mom has been smoking pretty much since high school and now she is 37. That's the background info.

My dad really wanted to stop and he tried 3 or 4 times, but failed. Used Nicoteen and whatever there was. He couldn't. My mom has done the same, but she doesn't belive that any products or pathches work.

I'm really scared they they will get cancer and die. I know you'll die when your time is up, but my parents are only middle age and I don't want them to die .. anytime soon !!!! It scares me to death, and I also don't want to have lung problems because I'm always around.

You can get to spoons and put them in a cold spot and then put them on your bags it works for my other friends

Q: Ok well me and this girl have known each other for 3 years or so now right. Ok well we had some problems last year right. And it was cause of an old friend that kept telling blod face lies and i told him off but she decided to still be friends with him. But the problem is that her sister and mom well there like family to me. They are really the only people i got i can talk to. And i go over to there house some and visit them you know. And her sister and mom dont really like what she is doing and how she is acting to top it al off. Cause she is 17 fixing to turn 18 with a 9 month old baby out going wild. And everybody from me to her closest girl friend has told her she needs to be taking care of that baby but she wont listen. And she is hanging out with the wrong crowd to top it al off. So my question is what should i do since i am bout to go off on her but her mom and sister are like my closest friends?

What you should do is just let her go with her little group but i do think that you should aleast be there for the baby and the mother and sister just chill with them she wont no what she hade intill she lose it but then it will be to late.
