Maybelline Great Wear Waterproof Eyeliner
I applied it underneath my bottom eyelashes and on the crease of my lid.The eyeliner glided on beautifully. It didn't drag the skin and wasn't so creamy that it smudged everywhere. Very good texture and gave a precise finish, which you can blend if you want for a smoky look, or leave it as it is for a defined bright-eyed look. It looked good and looked very natural. I've fallen into the trap of buying harsh black eyeliners because I have very dark eyes and eyelashes anyway, but brown looks more natural and less 'made-up', even if your eyelashes are black.

I own both of these and use whichever one I find first. They both work very well and the number one is waterproof. Number two does smudge a little but I only notice it like at seven at night around there and I put it on at like 6 in the morning. Good luck hun!

its called m.a.c. waterproof eyeliner i had it on last week when it was raining so much and i walked home from school like 1 mile and cars were splashing like crazy cus of floods and it didnt smudge or blacken not once hope i helped please rate

hey! well i use marykay waterproof eyeliner..it works REALLY good!! seriously like i could go swimming in it in the summer and take a shower or wash my face and it doesnt come off w/o babyoil or makeup remover!

this may sound like a smart remark, but im serious. If you go to CVS or any place like that, or any place that sells eyeliner, it usually says whether the eyeliner is waterproof or not.
I think the best one is Maybelline, its usually about $5.
Theres also covergirl, N.Y.C., theres a lot, just go to CVS and check em out.
