(Which will make the swelling go down.) & then, soak a cloth of milk and apply it to the skin where the pimple is for like 10 minutes! I did a little research for you. I came across alot of home remedies...Some of which you might think is compleatly wierd.
1) Put toothpaste on the area if your wanting to zap it.
2) To get rid of redness of a big pimple take 2 advil. It will get rid of the inflamation.(Ask a parent first depending on how old you are)
3) Apply visine eye-drops to area; for redness.
4) Take and egg and crack it. Use only the white/clear threw stuff of the egg. Dab it on your pimple and leave on for 20 minutes of overnight. This will help getting the yucky stuff out of your pimpel
5) if you would like getting help with your skin then put cooked oatmeal over it.It will help make your skin nicer
