Question Posted Saturday December 31 2005, 11:56 pm
I'm always tired. Even when I get 8+ hours of sleep. What's wrong with me?
It's hard to do something when all day I feel like I'm going to pass out on my desk.

Heartwhisper answered Monday January 2 2006, 1:53 pm: Sounds like you might have candida... have you taken antibiotics in the last 10-20 years? Look at what you eat....lots of sugars, lots of fast foods and packaged food....we are literally what we eat and 'junk in is junk out'. If you put really bad gas in a car, it doesn't run very well, thus the relationship to what we put in our bodies.... try eating better and at least three times a day and sit and eat in calm conditions so you can digest properly... drinking lots of soda isn't good either, especially diet sodas. Getting enough sleep won't work as long as we're not careful about our other habits.... antibiotics will kill off the bad and the good flora that needs to grow in us... if you have done lots of antibiotics, try taking some asodolphilus in capsule form, it puts back the good flora for a better balance, but go to a working herbstore or health store in your area for in person advice.... better health to you very soon! MelpomeneMuse answered Monday January 2 2006, 1:05 am: You need to go to your doctor and get a blood test. This could be a variety of problems including the Epstein-Barr Virus or thyroid problems. You really need to have this checked out. [ MelpomeneMuse's advice column | Ask MelpomeneMuse A Question ]

missmissgurl answered Sunday January 1 2006, 12:50 am: Try doing more during the day because lack of activity can cause you to be lazy and tired more often. Or, go to the doctor and get your blood tested for low iron/enemic, and if so get on an iron suppliment, it takes time if you do have low iron to get your energy back, same thing happened to me! Good Luck! [ missmissgurl's advice column | Ask missmissgurl A Question ]
