Embarass
I am 16/F. At home I don’t use panty or any thing underneath to feel relax . I feel uncomfortable always wearing so many things, my skin not so good with elastic materials. Few days back I was alone at home in my room wearing frock, no panty. Door bell rang , my uncle was there. We were sitting in living room on opposite sofas and have a chat on various topics as he visited almost after two months. After about one hour suddenly my mind sparked and I realized that I was without underwear and uncle must have seen my private parts. So I swiftly change my sitting position. Uncle left the home after half an hour. This incident was worst for me. I am feeling embarrassment as my uncle might think about my acts and character. Please advice me what should I do for my piece of mind. Should I explain my uncle the situation.

As an uncle myself, I wouldn't even be looking at my niece there to notice, and I'd be willing to bet he didn't. If it was that obvious that he couldn't help but notice believe me he's not giving it a second thought, or thinking badly of you. Bringing it up to him is not necessary and would just be more stressful for both of you.
You should try let it go and forget about it. Although I can see how it could be troubling to you, you're building it up in your mind and causing yourself unnecessary stress.

honestly i dont think he say i think he if he did he would have done 2 things either one move or two tell you to sit currently. i suggest not to bring it up unless he does so if he does bring it up tell him what up. hope this helps.

Hey hun! He probably didn't see, and I wouldn't worry so much about it. I don't like wearing underwear much, because of female problems & it just gets uncomfortable for me. So, I understand how you feel. I'm sure he wouldn't say anything to you anyways, so I don't think there's any reason you need to explain. =] Just don't worry too much about it because he didn't see. & No, you shouldn't explain the situation to your uncle!

Chances are he probably didn't see. You would have right away noticed his eyes wondering, trust me. So there's no need to bring it up unless you really do feel he saw anything, which if he did he probably would have said something too which he didn't. So don't be worked up about it, just watch what you wear next time aorund family.

Are you sure he saw? Because I don't know if he did. If I saw a family member's private parts from my sitting position, I would get up and move immediately. It's possible he never even saw.
You should probably try to find out if he did, by going to talk to him and seeing if he acts weird. If he does, then yes, I would explain it to him exactly how you explained it to us. And you should probably tell him you're going to wear panties from now on.
