im 16/f ,,, I do not have acne or pimples, ThankGod, but for some reason in the past year my skin has gotten quite yellowish. I use be to fairskin but now it seems YELLOW/BROWNISH!!! so how do i get it to be glowing, vibrant and lighter again? help me plzzz ive been eating apples, and drinkin water..and eating healthy but ughh

Maybe give some free advice about: Nutrition? jesa21 answered Tuesday January 17 2006, 4:41 pm: are you eating alot of carrots? if so cut it out and see your doctor, carrots are good for you but they can change your skin color yellowish orangy. if your eating tons of it. there is another fruit or vegtable that can effect your skin tint but im afraid i cant recall it but if its not carrots its prolly the other,your doctor can find out if its your diet or something more serious. once youve got the discoloring taken care of, to get glowing skin try eating alot of salmon, and or shrimp.omega fatty acids are great for glowig skin. also if your fairskinned like myself, something i just tried recently and am very delighted with is jergens natural glow daily moisturizer, for fair skin. follow the directions...the results in just 3 days are beautiful. good luck!
