How can I bulid up my arm strength so I can throw the ball farther?

i play soccer and what i usually do it pull ups and push ups ... then i usually practice trowing the ball ... sometimes you might need to get a little bit of a running start that always helps me .. soo i hope i helped

umm...you could do push-ups, pull-ups, weight lifting, all-arms, and practice throwing the ball more and more.

Lifting weights mainly. Fitness tapes could help too. How about going to a gym and work on how strong you can lift weights, build up your muscles and surely you'd have a longer ball throw!

push-ups, pull-ups, lift weights, practice throwing the ball and use a punching bag. Thats what I do. I play goalie and I can throw it further than half field.

try using one of those medicene balls, if you throw that w/ somone for an hour or so, then it will feel like the soccer ball is nothing.
