Question Posted Wednesday November 9 2005, 9:10 pm
Everyone in my school thinks im a slut. I have made bad decisions in the past, and now im a totally diffrent person. No one will give me the chance though to be my friend. EVERYONE HATES ME!!!! How can i loose this reputaion fast and gain friends back?
happy-helper answered Thursday November 10 2005, 12:16 pm: Talk to people nicely. If you've insulted/hurt them in the past, apologise and say that you have changed. Then if you become friendly with people, ask if you can go to the canteen/hang out with them at break time.
Good luck!!

Your true friends will stick with you throughout your life and help you get through it. You should tell your friends that you have changed and that you know what you have done, and you know that it was wrong, and if your friends don't accept your apology, then you should go and find other friends that will ignore the bad things you have done in the past. W0AHxiiTSxKAY answered Wednesday November 9 2005, 9:33 pm: Hey,
Don't worry about them. If theres one thing ive learned throughout my years at school its to completely block out everything people say...its tough..but if you worked so hard to change yourself..and they don't want to believe that your a different person..then clearly their oppinions are bullshit and you dont need to pay attention to them..(sorry for all the choice words but i hate how people treat eachother at school..it seriously pisses me off) Just keep your chin up..soon the rumors will pass and everything should get back to normal.
Personally i dont think you should want to be friends with any of these people..if they cant except you when you put so much effort into changing...You can acctually gain from this expierience..there are probably some people in your school that would take the time to talk to you..and be your friend..instead of following the crowd and ditching you cus your a "slut". Those are the kind of people you want to be friends with...and right now..is the perfect time to spot them.
Just keep looking on the brightside!

x0blu3eyedbeautyx0 answered Wednesday November 9 2005, 9:20 pm: Tell people that you've changed...like when they make a comment about you being slutty, say Ok I admit I used to be..but I really have changed...I don't want you to hate em..because I'm not that person anymore. It's hard to rebuild your rep. but just be super sweet to people...but don't kiss ass...just don't talk shit or size people up or anyhting!
