you are at the PERFECT weight, the average weight is about 115-118 for adults at the height, you dont need to go on a diet! ]
Omg, 110!!!!!!! Why would you WANT to lose 10 pounds?!?! Well anyway, eating right and exercising is the BEST way to lose weight. If you are going for the fast abd dangerous diets, try crash dieting or laxitives BUT REMEMBER, ITS DANGEROUS.... AND I'M WARNING YOU THAT THE SAFEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY FOODS!!!! ]
well first of all i don't think you need to lose weight at all! your weight is perfect. but if you're set on losing 10 lbs, the best thing you can do is drink lots of water and milk instead of soda or sweetened juice, and eat as little or no junk food. you could probably eat one thing of junk food once in a while and it wouldn't hurt you, but lots of people can't just eat one, so it might be best if you just stay away for a while. also, exercise a lot. if you exercised just 30 minutes around 4-6 times a week, that could really add up. you could just watch a TV show, and by the time your done you'd have your time in. also, try and remember that depending on where on your body you want to lose weight, it will take more/less time to lose 10 lbs. hope i helped! ♥ ]
well you can run every morning for about a mile. you could not eat junk food at all. do some active things like tennis , soccer , football, baseball, basketball, or gymnastics or even cheerleading so pick one of those sports.or something else you know about.
so that is what i want you to do every day i will list it:
run a mile
NO JUNK FOOD!!!! (i know its hard)
and pick a sport. ]
ok first..you dont need to lose weight at all. you're perfect! but it's your choice so if you really do want to lose 10 pounds all you need to do is eat healthy everyday (NO SNACKING!), exercise everyday, drink lots of water, and make sure you get enough sleep. good luck! ]

That is the normal weight for your height so you prob dont want to loose much more weight but if you wanna be skinnier or w/e just build and tone your muscles by excercising and stretching. ]
well, if your that height, and that weight, i dont think you need to lose anything, but, if you can...like restrict yourself from doing someting until you`ve done like say half an hour of excersize...it works..trust me...and if u really feel the need, join a gym for a while or something !
