nerdtchose answered Saturday October 29 2005, 11:54 pm: First things first. Poems - unless you're a true poet at heart and she's a literary fiend - are a no-no. Why? One word: Corny. Most of the time.
But then again, if she likes you back, whatever you do, she'll probably think it's awfully nice.
So my advice is that you should do whatever you feel most comfortable with. If you write her this magnificent, 20 pages long poem, but can't even face her to give it to her, it probably isn't the good solution.

Just go up to her and ask her to hang out with you someplace. It's not really a "date", just some place to hang out with her and get to know her more.
