does anyone know how to make icons?? especially the flashing ones....like on iconator.com with using paint or microsoft picture it! photo premium 9?? will rate 5s for everything!!

To animate icons, you can use Jasc Animation Shop 3, which is available for a 30 day trial at www.jasc.com. If you need help using it, you can probably google for a tutorial to help you use it.

Download/steal Easy GIF animator. a flashing one is called a gif. You can use paint to edit icons, just dont make them bigger than 50X50.

I'm not sure how to make really good ones but i make some on icondressup.com and it works really well.

well this is how i do it.
i downloaded this free software called IDRAW
for macintosh i think, (you could see if they have it for windows too)
or just type in ANIMATION FREE DOWNLOAD in google
and once you have that you can make animated icons. it takes a while to figure out how it works, but im sure the software you download comes with tutorials.
