Did he know how old you are? If he did, I would say it is in your best interst to leave him alone. If he didn't, he probably is interested in you and you should be careful.

YES! That is a big yes! It is really wrong for a guy whose suppose to be the mature one, and to go and hit on a young girl like that. They are nothing but big perverts that you need to stay away from if you or someone you know is happening to right now. The age gap is way too big for a 13 year old girl.

Well in a way, it is and in a way it isn't. It is because he's 4 years older than you, probably 10 times more experienced than you and is looking for more than just flirting and going places. And, in a few months, or a year he will be turning 18, which makes it illegal for him to try anything with you.

Then again, it isn't because to alot of people, age aint nothin but a number. He could turn out to be a really nice guy that's just looking for a friend. But you never know.

Just be careful.

I am a guy and I happen to be 17, and if a 17 year old is getting cell numbers and flirting with 13 year oldes, it usually means he just wants to get some. Not all guys are the same. He may be genuinly interested in you, but in most cases the age gap thing is just a tool used by older guys to flatter younger girls to get them to have sex or something. Like I said, this may not be the case, so just be careful. Don't do anything with him that you're not ready to no matter what he says to try to convince you. I hope he does genuinly like you :) and good luck. Let me know if you have any other questions.

You can like be friends with him and chill with him sometimes but going out with him is not the right way to go because he is going to turn 18 and if you guys go out and he tries to do something then he could go to jail.
But if he's just being nice and friendly in a friend way then no there is nothing wrong with that
