I'm 5'7" and I used to weigh 120 and then around 3 months ago i started losing weight but the past 2 weeks I've been losing alot more weight than usual. I mean I eat just as much as I used to and i still get the same amount of excersise but I weigh 99 pounds now and i need help. How do I gain any weight?

Please see your doctor. If your diet and excercise regime truly hasn't changed but you have suddenly started losing a lot of weight, it could be due to a serious health issue. You need to get that checked out - your BMI is 15.5 and the lowest healthy BMI is 18.5!

you should probly actually work out more, sence muscle weighs more than fat. make shure you get full, compleate meals durring the day, and try to focus on lifting weights or doing crunches than cardio. you should probly see a doctor, so maby if you have a medical condision its noticed soon. are you having lots of stress latly? stress can trigger rapid weight loss... your best bet is to see a doctor. hope i helped

If you are not dieting and have a sudden weight loss like that you need to see your doctor.

If your routine hasn't changed then something else has. :)

Well, I think that you did a great job with losing weight, but I am 5'7" as well, and I weigh a lot more, so I can't understand why you think you needed to lose wieght. But that is beyond the point. You are at the point where you probably could gain some pounds, by not takin the diet as seerious as you have been. As odd as that sounds, just don't be as strict with it, you can just do something off of your diet every once and a while. I am on a diet, and I lost 30 lbs. But it is fine to go off of the diet a little bit, and not be so hard on yourself about it.

Sometimes if there is a great transition or change of lifestyle in your life, this can affect a lot of women and their weight control. So first things first, you should try to figure out what you do differently now, in comparison to what you have done before this sudden weight loss. A lot of things i know that can help someone put a little meat on their bones is to eat a lot of carbs, like rice, and potatoes, heavy things like that. Also eating three meals a day consistently, might help.

Wow, I'm 5'5 and weight 110...

Hmm... Well I'd say that you should defentely ask a phsician (your family docter, perhaps). It's possible, though not likely that you are eating the wrong kinds of foods... Make sure that you eat right... It will help balance out your weight...

I'm not so sure. Sorry.
