Just focus on other things. Then maybe you won't have so muh pressure from people, which is probably making your stress even worse. [ RonxJon158's advice column | Ask RonxJon158 A Question ]

This person you broke up with might even have some regrets after seeing you in better shape.
sizzlinmandolin answered Friday October 14 2005, 1:27 pm: There are lots of things that people can do to cope with what you're feeling. What will actually work really depends on the person. Basically what you need to do is find something to fill your time that you will get really into so that you don't think about stuff too much. Some of my suggestions would be to join a club, activity, or sport if you're not in any of those things already, read...there's lots of great books out there, exercise (this works really well for me), find a new hobby, buy a new game, buy a new gadget, or anything else you can think of. I'm sure that you'll find something, good luck! [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
