Why does it hurt?
Umm this is kind of hard to ask but... why does it feel like I'm peeing razor blades? I heard this could be either connected to a bladder infection or an STD. I've never really had sex except with these guys that kind of dress up like girls, because I heard you can get STD's from having sex with women. But you can't get STD's from anal/oral sex right? Well what I'm trying to say is does anyone know what I can do to make the pain go away, short of chopping off my own penis with a butcher's cleaver. 13/m if that helps.

you should got to a doctor it could be STD'S you CAN get std's from oral and anal sex . man or woman you can get STD's . it may not be STD'S depending on how long ago you had sex and the person you had it with may have passed on STD'S or an infection . there is no way to tell except by geting tested which i recommed you do because it can hurt you and if you sleep with someone else not knowing you have std's you pass it on to them and the cycle continues . to help the pain you may want to pour cold water when you pee , take advil and suck on ice instead of drinking water , take a cool bath and put some neosporin or bactiraban on it .

I would like to clarify something here: you CAN most definately get STD's from anal and oral sex.
The Hep.A, B and HIV virus are passed along through contact with bodily fluids, which include the 'mucus membrane' a thin layer inside the rectum which becomes broken durin anal sex. Other STDs are passed along similarly, though these are the most serious that I know of.
Many, many STDs can be passed on through oral sex, including the 'herpes simplex' virus- thrush and others.
It seems very likely that you HAVE contracted a sexual infection.
I hope that you consider the risks you are taking by having sex, especially when you are young and not fully grown. You will not be fully grown, physically, until you are 17-18 yrs old.
I suggest you go to your doctors who can refer you to your nearest sexual health clinic.

oh yes you can get STDs from anal AND oral sex! it could be a bladder infection, but males rarley get them. you need to get to the dr. ASAP and read up on STD's because you can get them from both things you've listed. i advise you google it and look it up.

You're thirteen having sex with males? What the hell kind of family were you raised in? Where are your Hot Wheels, your skatebroard, whatever the hell else you kids nowadays play with?!?!? You shouldn't be engaging in sexual relations in general, let alone with males dressed as girls who have STDs!!! Go to the doctor, explain your situation (good luck with that), and get checked out.
Lastly, you can get STDs from any form of sex, even sodomy.
