So how does this whole thing work? Im always giving advice but I just joined here! How do I know people can find me to ask questions?

Answer many questions -- answer them well. Be polite, and be honest. Present to people all solutions you see to their dilemma. It's all about building a name for yourself; you just have to get out there, ya know? One thing I can suggest is using proper grammar, and NOT asking people to rate or view your column - people hate that. :) Goodluck!

HEY !! well if you have answered more then 10 questions your advice culm should be posted up and reali people dont actuali ask questions on your advice culm you answer them on the site and stuff but some times people write you questions hope i helped XoX!!

well what you have to do is answer peoples questions then you will gets rating and other people will veiw the question you answered and see that you gave really good advice then they will add you as a fovorite and then the other people here will check that persons column and under favorite columists it will say your name and people will go and check them out and then they know who you are you also The any most important thing to do is answer questions thats ONE absulute way that people know you on this sight so this whole thing works is you have to go under topics and you click on one and then you give them advice and they will rate you also your column is important to and you average rating then those people that you answered the question to will ask you advice because you answered there question but if you answer it badly the people wont ask you advice and thet=y wont want to ask you any questions so you will have to give good advice

You just answer a lot of questions.
If you give someone good advice, they may next time just come and ask you instead of everyone.
Something you may not know since it was suggested...If your friends, or anyone for that matter, ask you questions to your inbox, They can give you 5's all day but it won't count towards your rating.
So answering public questions is actually the best thing to do anyway.
Given time though you will get private questions. :)

Well you have to wait for them to come to you to ask the questions. There are 2 ways...
1} Give advice to alot of questions so that people realize you give good advice, the more you give the more people see yur name and they will ask you questions.
2} Tell your friends about yur advice column...tell yur friends to tell there friends and so on. That way when yur buddies have problems they can come to u!

People do not have to find you. On the side where it says "Give Advice" click "Vie Questions" and then you can answer whatever questions are there. That is how I found your question, which I am now answering. Give really good advice and people will ask you questions from your column. It might help to motivate them by saying "please ask me any time you need help", or putting a snazzy description of the types of questions you answer in your profile. I'd ask you questions if I knew who you were, so when you rate me you should comment and tell me your screen name!
