Is this good?

Today i rean 9 laps (2 miles and a lap/ 1600 meters)in 30 well a lil under but basically 30 min. Do i have a good endurace or what?

nope. less than 10 minutes per mile, other wise... work more, your endurance needs some work.

its good. it makes about 15 min per mile, but that is becase you are pacing yourself, so you go a little slower. thats really good though!!

Well, if you were to divide the number of minutes you ran, by the number of miles you ran you get about 15. So that means, for each mile, it took you 15 minutes to run it. Which honestly, is not very good. Not saying I'm any better, but 15 minutes isn't a good time. What would be better is if you ran both in about 18-20 minutes, or 9 or 10 minutes per mile.
