Don't dwell in the past...it will get you no where! Stand right back up and continue. Because if you don't, you will miss the new opportunties that will come on your road and will change your life. Don't let this being fired get you glum. Start something new...yes it might be hard but in the end, you will be happy that you got back on your feet and lived. Just get out there and find something new.
I know it can be an awful feeling but
you will probably find something even
better. Don't put it off because if you
do it will be harder to find something.
People are let go everyday from jobs.
The economy being what it is it will
probably get even worse. You aren't
the first or probably the last person
who will be fired from a job. Don't
let it get you down. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

I can sympathize with you here, since you actually enjoyed your job. Not many people have a job to go to which they like.
You have to understand that getting fired can happen to even the best of people though, and dwelling over the fact you've lost your job isn't going to make you feel any better.
There are ups to the situation, for example, you've gained a lot of experience, so it will be alot easier to find a job similar to what you had.. and I'm sure they will at least give you a good reference if you didn't do anything specific for them to fire you.
The next step is to update your cv and apply to more jobs you like the look of, as soon as you can. The quicker you get back into a working environment (even if you don't love it as much), the quicker you will feel better.
Stop beating yourself up about it and remember.. it can happen to even the best workers.
Cheer up and good luck with finding a new job. [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]
