Question Posted Wednesday September 21 2005, 5:05 pm

well...me and my boyfriend have been dating for a little over 2 months now.
we were really good friends before then, and i was totally crazy about him, and for about the first month we dated, i was still totally crazy about him. well, he lives about a half hour away from me, so its hard to see him, and we talk online everyday.
the problem is, it feels like my feelings for him are fading, but i know deep down i do love him. and i dont know what i should do. how can i get that feeling back?
i dont want to break up with him, because i know i'll regret it. but sometimes the more i think about him i find more and more things that really bug ne, just stupid little pet peeves.. and i dont know how to go about telling him that i want him to get a little bit more mature...help?
could i just be feeling this way cause we live kind of far, and i dont see him a lot?
i also have a constant mood swings, could this just be a result of an awkward mood swing?

sorry this is long, i just could use some help on what to do...ill rate and give feedback. ♥

The love doctor is in.

In my opinion it's natural not to feel so attached to the person you love on some days. Then again, you could be just infactuated with him and you feel the need to love and be loved that you're in some kind of falsehood with yourself. Are you sure you love him?

I know that saying time apart seems silly seeing as how you've said you live a ways. Long distance relationships are hard to keep up with. It takes some work. My suggestion is to take a break from talking to him. Talking gets boring without some kind of physical action. Be it staring or touching.

Remember you can't change a person and no person in a relationship lives positively happy without any flaws they couldn't stand from the other person. Some flaws really draw you closer to a person and makes you love them more. But if they really are bothering you then the best thing is to be blunt with him. Tell him what bothers you, don't be demanding and say change it. Just let him know.

If you keep quiet about things that bother the hell out of you in a relationship then it's sure to go sour! You'll bother the hell out of eachother to the point where you just want to kick your S/O.

Constant mood swings? Hunny. You're a girl. I know that sounds like such a sexist thing to say but a lot of girls have constant mood swings =)
