one day i just woke up with this bump kinda thing on my lip. its sensitive and really annoying. today i think it popped or sumthing but idk wht to do about it. easy 5's for wht it is and how to get rid of it
you can get ride of them by putting a hot compres on it for a little, then putt on zovirax or blistex. i used something that starts with a A but i cant think of the name.

A blood blister
or a cold sore
If it is a darker colour than the rest of the lip it is probably a blood blister, in which case, leave it and dont touch it too much, if it has already popped clean it and leave a small amount of toothpaste for sensitive teeth on it to steralise it. It should heal quite quickly.
If its a cold sore it will be bumpy and possibly lighter than the lip, for this you should get a cream to treat it, like blistex. It should go within a week

FireFairy141 answered Sunday September 11 2005, 12:27 am: Its a coldsore. Don't pop them, or if you do, it will just come back more sensitive.
soccergurlie1220 answered Saturday September 10 2005, 11:56 pm: it might be a coldsore. If it's on the outside it might be a really weird zit? But if it's in the inside on your mouth you my have bitten your lip in you sleep but if it starts to swell go so a dr. or something. But if it's not gone within a week i'd go to the doctor. Hope I helped! [ soccergurlie1220's advice column | Ask soccergurlie1220 A Question ]
