Ok I know this question sounds dum, but what can I do to help me get better faster. i have a cold (runny nose, stopped up nose, and I can rwally breathe! ) What can I do.?

try a face steamer with heat. put your face in it. the heat should unblock ur nose and make u breath easier.

Saynotogymclass answered Monday September 5 2005, 8:08 am: Take the medicines people have mentioned before me. Take a hot shower and blow your nose in the shower. It really makes you feel so much better! Also, drinking hot soupd and beferages makes you feel better too!

Drink TONS of water..
Drink your medicine even if it's gross (important!)
Eat tons of veggies/fruits
Get tons of REST
and if your nose is stopped up, eat a peppermint to help you breathe for a while!
