i want a flat stomich...i know to exercize and stuff. But about how many caleries do i stick to eat day?

acually changing your caleries will not help you loose body weight unless you way over eat. its better just to change what you eat like instead of having cookies for a snack try veggies thats the better way to go cause everyones caleries differ ]
there are lots of websites that will calculate how many calories your body needs, according to your weight. once you know how much your body needs, eat 400-500 less. Say if your body needs 1,600. try only eating 1200. good luck :) ]

Well breakfast should be between 200 and 300 calories. Lunch-500-600 Snacks-200-300 Dinner-500-600 calories. This way you are health and this will help you get that flat stomich. ]
