Teza answered Saturday August 27 2005, 3:50 pm: You are not overweight. If you feel like you are you need to eat healthy and exersise. You are growing and that is why you tend to gain weight.
When you said you are going into 6th grade, you gave it away. You are under 13 and I think you might get banned. Level 2 and 3 mods can see who asks questions and the column. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
emotedardorxx4 answered Saturday August 27 2005, 3:32 pm: Alright well, around your age its not unheard of to gain 15 pounds in a year because of body change and all that awesome stuff, also because of growth spurts and all of that. And your mom could be right about the tall thing because the taller you are the more you weigh. I'm 5'3 and i weigh 100. But I'm also one of the skinniest girls in my grade and doctors tell me I'm underweight, but i thought i would put my height and weight out there so u can compare yourself to that, feel free to put other questions in my inbox<3 [ emotedardorxx4's advice column | Ask emotedardorxx4 A Question ]

when i was in 6th grade i weighed 70 pounds! so dont sweat! you are fine (i was like 4'8-9)
the only thing i drink is soda, it makes me keep in shape. diet coke acually does! because i drink about 3 cans a day, it makes you hyper kinda, well yout matibulisuim goes up and you run around being spazzy. then you slim down a bit. get it? [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
Mackenzie answered Saturday August 27 2005, 2:51 pm: For one thing, if you're going into 6th grade, we're all smart enough to know that you're probably 11. Since you stated that you don't want to get banned.. that's an obvious give away that you're too young for this website. Lastly, just because you don't sign this with your identity doesn't make it some huge secret. Level 2 and 3 Moderators can see the column name of everyone who is asking questions. Anyhow, I'll answer your question. I realize that just by SAYING this it won't change the way YOU feel about YOURSELF, but you have to think realistically here. 100 pounds is slim, a fine weight for your age. I stand with your Mother on this one - you have absolutely nothing to worrie about. You never mentioned your height, but if you're a taller girl, expect to weigh more... that's just the way it is. This doesn't make you more fat than children your age, because it all equals out with your height, understand?? Also, I'm not shore if you're an active girl, but muscle weighs more than fat. It's not a big deal. Your weight is fine. You're stressing over something that really is no problem at all. [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
LiLKimmy769 answered Saturday August 27 2005, 2:35 pm: i say excersize.. and also drink water instead of pop. drink only one can/bottle of pop a week. its better for you and you'll lose weight. ;-)
