I think anywhere you take/steal music and/or videos without paying for it.. it's theft, which is illegal. However, I download from time to time, to be honest. And while I've never ever ever had a problem with viruses and spyware as a result of Bearshare, this is not to say that it can't happen. It's possible.. on ANY site, so just be aware of this.

That's a decent site. When you're listening to a song, you can save it to your library and burn it to a CD. You need to search for a song or band if you want to listen to any songs. It's not a downloading program but it's free.
