it depends but you probably have to have you rparents because they wont just give you money with out sum kind of an I.D. so just tell your parents you want the money out but you cant buy a horse for 300 bucks just ta let ya know.

hope i helped XoXo

Is there a problem is asking for your parents help? I mean certainly they know what type of account you have and what you need in order to get money out of it.

At thirteen your account might not be your own, it might be joint or under your parents name, in which case, you definately need thier help.

On a side note, $300 will not get you a horse by a long shot. An inexpensive horse runs about $1000-$2000. $300 will barely cover the first vet bill or the first months feed.

yes it is possinle to get money out...all you need to do is talk with your parents and tell them about your horse...then they'll make a desicion and if it's yes then they'll get the money out for you! and if it's a no you need to do something that shows your responsible enough to have your own horse...impress them...;)

Yeah you can just go to the bank or probably even an ATM. You just have to know your pin + account numbers.

ummm yeah unless your parents steal the money from you and never give it back. it would be sad. thats what my parents do. so maybe you should get another trusted adult to do it for you. like maybe your friends hot older brother or something. he might want something for it though. so, GIVE IT TO HIM BABY.

well it depends on what kind of acount you have. if its a checking acount you should be able to take money out whenever you want. if its a savings acount your parents will prob have to do it for you
