hey! well the same exacat thing is happening with my friend kelly she moved and is starting eigth grade well tip for eigth grade is to just be yourself and people will like you for that and just try to be outgoing if you really cant then just try to make friends to the person you sit next to in class also supplies for the first are generally just some paper and a pencil and then your teachers will give you a supply list on the first day hope i helped ♥ Kelley

well in my school some kids play yu-gi-oh. thats how i met some kids in my school. only that since your new and your playing yu-gi-oh , other kids might see you as a dork, but risk not want not. also, kids might try to take your cards, but either way its a good way to meet new people

just be yourself and if people dont like you for who you are they are not worth it and make sure you talk to the other kids walk right up and introduce yourself that is the first step then your on your way to making new friends good luck -Amanda

be outgoing, friendly, speak up and start conversations, try out for activites or teams, and always be yourself! as far as the school supplies go, they usually send you a list in the mail or you get it on your first day of school! good luck!! [♥]

Hey, I just moved too!
I'm fifteen though, but. I really think that what you need to do is make yourself known. That's like the major part, I don't know you so I can't really tell you what's special & unique about you. Maybe you're hilariously funny, or your super smart and you raise your hand in every class. Stupid things like that make you known, and people talk about it. Like if you fart in class or something, then people will be like, woah do you know that girl who just openly farted in gym & then laughed about it. You know? I know it's a stupid example, but there's a lot more you could do. Make sure you get involved, like with some teachers, because they can make your name look good, too. Join sports & activities. Make sure you act yourself, and if someone doesn't like you, don't try & change yourself for them, because, it isn't worth it. Good luck! =)

well the BEST thinng i can tell you to do is be VERY VERY socail with the other kids. talk to them, sit with them, help them. ANYTHING. then when you are talking to one and there is a acward silence then just be like "so what are you doin this week end?" something like that.
