i want to go for the preppy look this coming school year
like how should i dress to look preppy and what stores could i shop at that are not expensive
and could you please give me the website to the stores

There is no real definition of dressing "preppy". Some prep stores include A&F, AE, Aero, hollister, forever 21, rave & things of that sort. [ all at malls ] I guess alot of preps love the graphic T's, from old navy, ripped/faded jeans, flipflops.. and things of that nature. accessories are also a key. Theres some good sales going on at this online store I shop at. hollister abercrombie american eagle. if you look at their new stuff its rather expensive but if you look at sale stuff (the bigger the store the more sale stuff) alot of it isnt that expensive at all like i got a shirt from abercrombie today for $9 and jeans at hollister for $20. also try platos closet they sell genly used name brand clothes really cheap. also try a place like gabriel brothers. it sells name brand clothes that those places can sell or it will have like a small hole in the seam or something that can be easily fixed

get bright colors. go to places like JC penny, macys, kohls, etc. to get polo t's. you can get cheap jewelry at like cvs, eckard, walmart, etc.

Sorry but did you ask the other preppy question? Lol anyways preppy is easy to dress and you will find a lot of cute unexpensive clothes!! Try Aeropostale and American Eagle! A lot of cute stuff and not expensive! Just mix and match and you'll look hot!! Good luck!
