I get something similar to that too! What it is in my case and possibly yours is a pre-existing tightness of certain muscles.
Suppose you are a student and you spend quite a good amount of time hunched over while reading, writing, typing, etc. well, this can cause a tightening and stretching of certain muscles most likely your traps and romboids (forgive the spelling). Because some muscles are tighter, the opposing muscle groups are too stretched which can massively impede mobility over time! So here's what you can do.

1. Stretches
Gently tilt your head to each side while pressing down on the top of your shoulder.

Also you can create a 90 degree angle with your arm (as if flexing a muscle in front of the mirror). now find a doorway. With your arm still in that shape press your forearm from the elbow up on the door frame. Now step through the door leaving your arm behind you still on the frame. If you don't feel a stretch, stretch your arm higher breaking the 90 degree angle and lunge through the door.

And another. Open your arms, facing them with palms towards the front. Keep your shoulders down and simply squeeze your shoulder blades together. Not so much a stretch but a movement to train your body into better posture.

2. Weight training
You'll want to use weight machines that do something called rows or rear deltoid flies.
A row pretty much looks like you are rowing a boat. Make sure you sit up straight when you pull the weight back towards yourself on rows. Another trick is to not raise your shoulders and to make the tips of your shoulder blades squeeze together.

Deltoid flies are similar, but you will be sitting down and never bending over in the machine. The trick here is to look up, keeping your neck straight and don't raise your shoulders.

Best of luck :).

Track is great! It helps you fit but the problem with shoulder might be due to how you are sleeping. Do you sleep in a hard bed or a soft one? Your pillows maybe. If your pillows are too high I suggest lowering them because it does have an effect on your shoulders. If it's not how you sleep, maybe it's how you walk! Stand up straight and if you can't put a book on top of your head and stand up (don't walk or the books will fall on your foot lol). And the books will help you stay up straight. If it is your sleeping try the pillow thing or get new soft beddings. Tell your parents about it, they'll have an idea maybe. Goodluck and hope my advice helps!

It could be a lot of things. It could be a cramp, so just try stretching it before you run. If that doesn't work, it could be something else like if you've hurt it before, and the motion of moving your arm while you're running is aggravating it. If it continues, you should probably tell your coach and get it checked out by a trainer or doctor.

Since many people also move their arms when they run, this could be the problem. Try simply not swinging your arms as wide when you run. You may also need to have a checkup by a doctor. It's possible you've somehow injured your shoulder and the movement while running is making it worse.

It depends on when you started. If you started recently, it could be just a cramp. When you get one, you should stop running because if you don't, you can tear a muscle in your shoulder. Sorry if you knew all about this, just a lot of people don't think you can get a cramp in your shoulder. Anyway, if you've been running for a while, then it could just be something wrong with your muscle or bone. You should go ask a doctor about that, maybe get an x-ray. Well I hope I helped.
