True and false. Lifting excessive weights, like more than about 80% of your max regularly can stunt your growth because of the stress on your certain areas. However, it can also release growth hormones that can actually make your grow more. If you do lift heavier weights, do full body workouts, not just certain ones, to relieve some of the stress off that particular area.

I've heard this many times before. That myth or theory or whatever you want to call it was popularized by Dallas Lynn. He repeatedly mentions never getting a chance to thank someone for giving him a place to go and making him strong. The word "Angels" in the title also seems to insinuate that the song is about somebody who lost somebody before they were ready, so I'm going to go ahead and say that the song is about a close friend passing away.

I went through a period in my life where I began to question all my beliefs about two years ago. I began to wonder if God was real, and since I tend to be a little cynical, for a little while, I renounced him. After that, I went through some rough times, but thanks to someone, I believe in him again. I really can't answer your question, but I can tell you that I do believe in God. I have no proof that he is real, but sometimes the things you need to believe aren't necessarily true. You have to believe in something. If I don't, I get depressed, because face it, if there is no God, we are just wasting our time here, life is pointless. I can't accept that my life has no meaning, so I truly believe that God is real. That's just my opinion, I hope I helped you a little.

Not sure I understand the question, but I think the song is "Dirty Little Secret" by the All-American Rejects. As to any other punk/emo music, try My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, The Used, and maybe Green Day, Story of the Year, and Good Charlotte. Hope I helped some.

It could be a lot of things. It could be a cramp, so just try stretching it before you run. If that doesn't work, it could be something else like if you've hurt it before, and the motion of moving your arm while you're running is aggravating it. If it continues, you should probably tell your coach and get it checked out by a trainer or doctor.

First, why does he want you to get a boyfriend for your friend? If he really likes you, he'll go out with you anyway. But if you really want to go out with him and it's the only way, you should just find someone who will go out with her. If that doesn't work, just trying explaining the situation to him. If he wants to go out with you, that other stuff shouldn't matter

Most guys tend to like girls who have a tan, or at least aren't pale. Obviously, they want somebody who is pretty fit and in shape. Most like girls with big breasts (not me) and a nice butt. Smooth skin is kind of important too, mainly hands and face. They should probably shave their legs. You want them to have a pretty face, which mainly comes from shape, nose, lips, and their eyes. Personality-wise, most guys want a girl that likes physical contact (which explains the smooth skin), has a good sense of humor, knows when to be playful and when to be serious, is easy to talk to, and pays attention to him. Those are mainly the things I look for and not all guys are looking for the same thing.

im just starting cross country...i used to run just for fun but no matter how good of condition i was in i can never keep my breathing normal. i constantly have to keep fighting to get enough air. how can i change this?? thanks in advanced..

Just keep trying it. If you run hard enough and often enough, your body will eventually adjust and let you get the amount of air you need. If you do this and it doesn't improve, you should probably see a doctor or something to see if you have an actual breathing problem. Also, my coach at school once told me to breathe in for two strides and breathe out for two strides. I don't know if that helps any, but it works for me. Other than that, just keep trying.
