my sister is 10 and she's had sex so many times that she lost count and each time was with a different guy. i'm jealous cuz i've only had a boyfriend when i was in 6th grade and we never even thought of doing anything. my sister is really my step sister and she lives with my step mother and my dad. my step mother doesn't care what she does and my dad is just clueless. my sis is so young she didn't even know what virgin meant. i think she's going to end up pregnant as soon as she gets her period and i want her to stop having sex. how?

Tell her what could happen if she continues to keep having sex. She shouldn't be at the age of 10. There's seriously nothing to be jealous about. What your step-sister's doing, is stupid.
First, you need to sit your step-sister down and talk to her about everything that can happen, and what she's doing wrong. If she continues to not seem to care about what you tell her, tell you dad. I think he deserves to know. Good luck && Hope I helped.

You shouldn't feel jealous. It is perfectly normal for teenagers not to have boyfriends, as much as the media likes to make out that every teenager has one. Wouldn't it be better to find someone you truly like and who likes you back, no matter what age, than just go out with anyone for the sake of it?
I really think you should talk to her or get her to talk to someone else. Ten year olds just don't have the mentality to deal with the complexities of a relationship. She's going to end up looking back at this with much regret. Sex is probably entirely meaningless to her at this point, it is probably just something to do.
I'd also like to point out you can get pregnant before your period, as this hospital website points out:

There isn't really a flawless way of getting her to stop doing it. I would personally try and talk to her, point out the risks involved, pregnancy or STD's. Do you know who she is sleeping with? People her own age or older?
Or you could get someone you trust to. I realise her parents may not. How about your mother? Another sibling or family member?

You DEFINATELY need to sit your step sister down and talk to her, she obviously doesn't know anything about it, other than how to do it. You need to fill her in on it and the consequences she is most certainly now going to face (I'm sure you know what I am talking about). You need to inform her of everything, since her mother is oblivious to the fact she is letting her daughter's life be ruined and not caring about it and he dad is useless to say anything. Inform her about everything and let her know the dangers of having sex like that, and let her know it is just not right for a 10 year old like herself to be doing it. Sit her down and talk to her about! Be her step sister and help her, do your best.

I think that you need to sit her down and tell her that what she is doing is wrong. Tell her that she will end up being pregnant if she keeps this up. And I can't believe that she is only 10! wow, this could be serious. i think you need to have a long talk with your sister, but in a calm way. first of all, how old are the guys she's having sex with...your sister is a minor & these boys can be arrested according to your state law, so you should inform her of this. you NEED to talk to an adult...if your parents won't listen PLEASE go to a teacher, guidance counsler, SOMEBODY you trust. i hope i helped!
