okay. You probably have favorite shows..(every hour of the day) lol, but really. Everyday, practice at least for an hour. If you really want to make jv then i suggest you set up ur own workout for everyday. Practice. If your watching sum tv, every commercial, get up and do some jumping jacks, trust me it will work. good luck ;)

i've been playing basketball since third grade and i play for AAU which is like a state team that goes to nationals and for my school league team, so i know pretty much about the practices.

1-layups layups layups
not EVERY1 can do layups, so if your ahead of that, your good
2-suicide sprints
keeps ya in shape and you'll probably have to do em sooner or later
3-form shooing
practice diff forms of shooing the coach is teaching you
4-run/jog
it helps ur endurance
5-practice dribbling
im a post player and i still have to do it

leave me a feedback for more suggestions

ok well i had the same problem... i got a little out of shapeso i went on two diets. the first was a low carb diet. where all u could eat was meat, veggies and eggs. that took off about .5 pounds a day..but then i tried an easier diet where i ate only fruits and veggies for a month and i lost 20 lbs. it was great

good luck
