xomegaroni answered Wednesday August 10 2005, 8:21 pm: i've been playing basketball since third grade and i play for AAU which is like a state team that goes to nationals and for my school league team, so i know pretty much about the practices.
1-layups layups layups
not EVERY1 can do layups, so if your ahead of that, your good
2-suicide sprints
keeps ya in shape and you'll probably have to do em sooner or later
3-form shooing
practice diff forms of shooing the coach is teaching you
4-run/jog
it helps ur endurance
5-practice dribbling
im a post player and i still have to do it
