hey,, well my brother has a friend,, his friend is 17 and im 13, joe, his friend and me a pretty tight, and stuff,, i really like Joe but idk if he likes me, and even when his g/f is there, hell look at me alot..his g/f is also 13..but shes ugly and he doesnt like her that much,, so, like, what should i do??

You can like Joe without dating him. Girls have crushes on their older brother's friends all the time. It's perfectly natural. I highly reccomend that you don't go for him, though, because any 17 year old guy who isn't interested in dating someone a little closer to his own age is just plain sleezy. You are WAAAAAY too young for him... and his girlfriend, ugly or not, is also Waaaaay too young for him. I advise you to look into dating someone a little closer to your own age.

I wouldn't make a move until his girlfriend's out of the picture... but that's just me and my morals talking.
Once he and his girlfriend are through, I'd say talk to him about how you feel.. but remember, he's 17 and you're 13-- there could be more differences between the two of you then you realized. (Especially when it comes to where the relationship is going, how far, etc.)

Well i think its kind of crazy that a 17 year old is dating a 13 year old...but if you do want to know if he likes you, you can talk to your brother maybe and find things out or if you dont want to do that, talk to him yourself and ask him y he always looks at you. But in a year he can go to jail for messin wit u and that other girl so if i were you i wouldnt get anything to seriously started...
