foods what foods are filling that you don't have to eat a lot of and will keep you full for a while and are good for you?

Balancing out your meals is important. Maybe for breakfast have an egg... some toast... and an apple. You have different types of food group portions in that one meal. For lunch maybe have a soup and salad. For a mid afternoon snack have some carrots in ranch dressing or banna slices. For dinner have some form of meat like steak with a veggie and then after dinner for dessert have a fruit salad. All of these are healthy and yummy and should keep you full. If your looking to stay full and not eat as much then maker your portions smaller. If you do this long enough you won't be so hungry any more. I hope I helped

Bananas and Pasta. Thats what i eat at work when i know i wont have a break for like 6 hours. Anything high fiber really. But pasta really does it. ]

Some good foods to snack on would be vegetables, fruits, and rice cakes and they are all low in calories!!

Anything that has a high fiber content will make you feel full faster without having to eat a lot of. Things that are high in fiber are: fruits and vegetables; breads and pasta that are whole grain; brown rice; etc. ]
beef jerky is usually pretty filling. I used to eat it like crazy when I wasn't a veggie.. funny story that.. anyway.
Beef jerky is good for you after a race or something or any hard physical exertion because it puts the salt you sweat out back into your body, not to mention it is very filling.
(( a very good snack for testing and such or just for that quick fix during the summer. ))

Bannana's. My mom always tells me not to eath them because they will make me full. ]
eat a fruit salad. they are really good for you and there filling if you put enough fruit. Have like watermelon, canteloupe, plums, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, apples. and lots of fruits. ]

BAKED POTATOES those things can be huge and small and you put as many toppings as you like on them and u can either eat all of it or some of it its good for its tasty and you wont want anything else for a while TRUST ME!!!! ]
Rice! You can try eating lots of veggies and rice. It makes you feel sull and its good for you. Try eating alot of fruits and cut your carbs in half. Also drink milk, fruit juices, and water. And try working out its seriously helps. ]
