Maybe for breakfast have an egg... some toast... and an apple. You have different types of food group portions in that one meal. For lunch maybe have a soup and salad. For a mid afternoon snack have some carrots in ranch dressing or banna slices. For dinner have some form of meat like steak with a veggie and then after dinner for dessert have a fruit salad. All of these are healthy and yummy and should keep you full. If your looking to stay full and not eat as much then maker your portions smaller. If you do this long enough you won't be so hungry any more. I hope I helped

JadedinNowhere answered Sunday August 7 2005, 10:23 pm: beef jerky is usually pretty filling. I used to eat it like crazy when I wasn't a veggie.. funny story that.. anyway.
Beef jerky is good for you after a race or something or any hard physical exertion because it puts the salt you sweat out back into your body, not to mention it is very filling.
(( a very good snack for testing and such or just for that quick fix during the summer. ))
