what foods are filling that you don't have to eat a lot of and will keep you full for a while and are good for you?
eat a fruit salad. they are really good for you and there filling if you put enough fruit. Have like watermelon, canteloupe, plums, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, apples. and lots of fruits.
i'm a 15 year old girl who is friends w/ this guy whose turning 16 in a week. i dont know him that well, but he invited me 2 his party. what should i get him? (i can spend like $30)
dont get him a present. Just take him out on a date for a fun night in the town. Take him to a club, out for a quick meal, and just soemthing fun. Or you could just buy him a gift. ask some of his guy friends wat he likes , like video games, or you could get him a fitted. That's a hat if you didn't know. ask someone if you still dont know. He shuld really like that if he wears like hats that say ny on it or likes hiphop.
I am seventeen and people always think that I am a couple-few years younger. It used to not bother me, but now it does and I want to change. I am 5'6", tan, brunette, and I wear enough makeup without overdoing it. I dress my age, and sometimes older (not revealing, sometimes conservative.) Are there any make up tips or anything I can change to make myself appeal my age and maybe a little older?
Maybe it's not your looks maybe it's your personality. And when you get older your gunna like looking younger. Trying acting more mature then. Or maybe yoyu dress to kiddish. dress more your age if you dont already. And sometimes it's not bad to reveal a lil somethin somethin.

i dont really kno if i hav black heads or not bc i dont know what they are...im not sure what they look like...just black?? idk pleass tell..
there lil black dots. They are mostly on your nose, they could be in your ears too so keep em clean. and some could be on your chin. there is these black head remover nose strips, you put it on your nose and then about like 10 minutes take it off and then look at the strip and you'll see em on there. You'll probably still have some so do this on a regular basis

I dont listen to techno music, but mariah carey's cd is pretty good witht hat stuff. Pretty much every song is about love. her new cd. If you dont know who she is then look her up. then go to a store look for it and if you cant find it then ask a clerk. She sings pop and hiphop and stuff and most of her songs are slow but very very very very very very very good.

I say you get her a creative gift something that you made yourself or decorated. Maybe you could redecorate her room. SOmething for her and your dad if they are still together. Or juss something cozy. Like take a sheet and put it on the ceiling you could staple it there i think or nail it down and fill it up with white christmas lights. and then maybe you could get some white roses and on the walls or in a vases in different sections of the room. Then maybe you could get a big letter the first letter of her name is what to get. Get a white or silver one and put it on her wall so that when she is laying down on the bed she can see it so it's facing her. Make it a biggg letter too. I'm sure she should be pleased with her room and it will be cheap too. If you need anymore advice ask karamelnpassion.
