It means that you're scared to do anything that is sexual. Example: Kissing, Hugging, Holding Hands, Sex, ect.

well its used a lot to desribe someone who is a "freezer" and wont do anything physical with the opposite gender. in some cases, it is a good thing, most cases its pretty insulting. <3

'Prude' generally means that someone is unwilling to have any sexual contact with someone else. It's usally not a compliment, even though it's totally up to everyone about how far they want to go - and when they feel comfortable doing so.
