Ex boyfriend
okay.. i cheated on my ex and he found out and broke up with me. Now.. hes threatening me and everyone that knew and didn't tell him about it. He won't say what hes going to do to us.. he just keeps saying he knows people to "take care of it"
Hes overage and we had sex.. so if he trys to hurt me.. can i get him on a statutory rape charge? -- my parents dont know we had sex...
and also.. what should i do about the threats?

threatening you with bodily harm is a crime, and you need to take it serious since there are many horor storys of girls who didnt listen or see the warning signs and this my dear girl is a big one. talk to someone that you can trust and also your parents and the police, and since you were underage when you 2 has sex i suggest that you tell the police and have them press charges for stat. rape so that it will get him off the street and away from you and the others that he threatned. be careful and when around him or where he hangs out stay with friends so that your not alone just to be safe. and remember that cheating doesnt feel good to the person that your cheating on and please use this experence as a lesson so that you dont cheat on someone else beause it can enrage someone to the point that they will/can cause you bodily harm, good luck stay safe, hune 1986

i would really call the police and really re-port him. he is over-aged and that is illegal. u should really call the police. you never know what he might do so i would take care of it now.

Well, let's start with the threats. Depending if he's making SPECIFIC threats like I'm going to find you and him and I'm going to kill/hurt you or something like that then you need to go to the police IMMEDIATELY. And yes, you most DEFINATELY can get him on a statutory rape charge. But then that would give you the risk at your parents finding out and they may not trust you being around another guy. If you are 16 or older, then you have reached the age of consent to have sex. If you are under 16, then it's illegal for you to be having sex in the first place, at least in the state of NJ so you might want to be careful about that. This just goes to show that age doesn't necessarily bring maturity.
Since he's overage, he can be arrested for statuatory rape as well as contributing to the delinquency of a minor if the authorities think there's enough evidence. I suggest telling your parents now before he does try to hurt you. Then go to your local law enforcement and file a complaint. It's better to have his threats on record before he makes his move.

hi. you should tell your parents that he is doing this to yopu. and if he tells them you had sex then tell them no you did not he raped you. and if it gets real bad uyou can call the cops and he a restraning order put on him .

Okay well dont sound scared otherwise he will continue with his bs games. And if he does hurt you you can say the it is rape cuz he is underage. but this does teach you a lesson..=).
