seeing gray swirls for years i've been seeing these "gray swirls".. esp. when i get out of the shower, but other times too. i cant see anything except these gray swirls. kind of like when your tv isn't working? know what i mean? i get really dizzy when this happens and it lasts a few seconds and i cant see anything. ive gone to doctors and they like im crazy. my regular doctor told me to go to an eye doctor and i did, and they thought i was crazy. i want to look it up on the internet and stuff, but what do i search.. "gray swirls" haha that wont work.. whatever.. im probably just dying or something.
does anyone else have this or know what it is?
thanks.

This is caused by having slightly low... its either blood pressure or something else do do with the way your blood goes around your body.
Its perfectly normal, but a little disconserting. Ive had it ever since i was tiny but you can develop it, but i dont think its anything too abnormal, and i dont see why your doctor didnt know what it was...
I might be wrong but If i am can you tell me so i can head to a doctor too? Hehe!

yeah i get those too sometimes, especially if you close your eyes and concentrate on the blackness, or if you come out from a hott tub/shower (something hott), or if i sat down for awhile then suddenly stood up. i think it just happens sometimes when your body quickly goes from something to another. my friend also gets them when she goes out into the sun from a room inside or vice versa. dont worry about it, its nothin bad. yeah internet doesnt really give good advice for that kinda stuff. hope it all works out! ]
It could be a sign of dehydration or even a neurological condition. Go to your doctor again and see if they'll run some tests and maybe refer you to a neurologist. If they refuse to believe you or say it's all in your head, find another doctor who will listen to you. ]
i think that you need to make sure that you are drinking enough water, sometimes if you dont drink enough you can get dehydrated this can cause dissyness and the 'grey swirls' if this doesnt work you should go and have a check up at your local doctors. you could try eating more fruit and veg too because they are full of vital vitamins and it could be that you are just lacking some. hope i was helpful

I used to get dizzy all the time and every thing went gray. Its just that for those few seconds your body is out of wack. I usally got them if I stood up too fast after sitting down for a long time. So just make sure that you stay active and they will pretty much go away (if its the same thing because even my friend gets them). But you also want to be carefull about being in hot places then if you haven't eaten because you might also pass out. ]
Maybe it is because to watch TV to often.
Hope for the best
