cliqueQT09 answered Friday July 29 2005, 10:06 pm: if you want to lose some of your baby fat I reccomend going for nightly joggs. I do it and I always feel great even though I'm sore and I can tell my muscles are getting stronger. Most physical activities people participate in can help strengthen and increase the muscles in your arms legs amongst others for example swimming cheerleading soccer gymnastics, all of these are examples of physical activities that make you stronger... as or losing weight maybe cut back on some of the sugary junk foods
hih

You can gain muscle by crunches, leg lifts, pushups and stuff like that. You dont have to have weights. Your weight is going to be affected by what u eat and how much. Limit it a little but remember, you have to eat to lose weight. Sounds weird, but i should know.
MissAverageGirl answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 9:55 pm: Take it slow at first, just start with eating more healthily... less junk food and soda... more water and fruit, veg and the right balance of protein and carbs in your diet.
Alongside this, start doing some exercise, jogging/running will help you become fitter, lose weight and tone your legs and stomach. sit-ups will work your abs; push-ups and variations will tone your arms and build up muscle.
hope this helps
feel free to get in touch if you need any more help :-)

tonyroxursox answered Wednesday July 27 2005, 2:46 am: Well, There is this game called Dance Dance Revoulution.. It's a GREAT game to help you lose weight! You can find D.D.R. in mall arcades or just some arcade.
Here are some more helpful tips:
1. FORGET the sodas try to only have one soda a week and drink as much water as possible.
2. Try being active ALL DAY, like swimming, running, tennis, volleyball, soccer, softball, cheerleading (I guess), Football (if ur a guy), etc...
3. Something that works really good is if you only eat to survive not like every 5 minutes...
4. I suggest if you want good muscles.. you'll mor ethen likely have to go to a gym and workout... there is a way for everything...
5. Ditch the junk food it only makes things worse... Try eating veggies and fruits
6. Try eating protein every meal
7. Try not to eat so many snacks...
Well thats it! I hope I helped!! Need some more excercise tips? Leave me a message in my inbox I'll answer it right away! Good luck and I know you can lose it! Lots of Love ~ ToNy [ tonyroxursox's advice column | Ask tonyroxursox A Question ]
