If you are very good at running, then try something along the lines of soccer or track. Then there's softball or baseball and basketball, which also require some running. There is also volleyball or tennis. You have many options; just pick the one you think you would like the best. Ask friends who have been on the teams before what they think. ]
soccor baseball kickball ice skating hockey anything just get out there and do it ]
hey one thing dont listen to that other girl about swimmin cause it is hard hard hard work.but yea softball would be fun .soccers always fun to and it keeps u in alote of shape.and also if you are really determined then runnin.so i hope i helped . ]
The best sport is track! They don't have tough tryouts, the teams are big and coed, and there are so many events that you're bound to be good at one of them. I was a high jumper for four years and I loved it, I did it in college and everything. It's like flying. ]
How about softball - that would be fun!! There's also swimming! Swimming is relaxing and enjoyable while still keeping you in shape. And don't forget about DANCE!! Some people don't view dance as a 'real sport', but I disagree. It takes a lot of detemination and effort. It's also a VERY good way to keep your body toned!! Ever consider tennis??? Tennis is a BALL!! I'm not shore if any of these sports work for you, but hopefully they at least give you something to go off of. Whatever you should choose, I wish you the best of luck!! :D ]
To answer you question ask yourself what your good at and what you like!
If you find you’re good at or like to….
(1) Run long distances –try going out for cross country, track and field, or soccer
(2) Run short distances –try going out baseball, football, basketball, or tennis.
(3) Hitting things –Hockey, football, tennis, baseball, volleyball,
There are so many different kinds of sports out there, if you want to be good at it then you must (a) enjoy what you doing –no sense putting all that time and effort into something you hate. (b) Practice, Practice, Practice! (c) never lose sight of the dream.
I hope this help, may you find what you wish to see,

Well, it would've helped if you gave us a list of the sports you DID try and what sex you are. You could try Volleyball, Fencing (if your school has it), Track (There are many different things you can do in track), Tennis (if your school has it), Wrestling (if you're a guy). If your school has a course catalog or something like that, it will give you a list of all the different sports and after school activities that you could do. Also, if your school has a weight room, you could ask one of the PE teachers (They always stay after school) to help you find a workout that's right for you. ]
Its great that you are determined to do a sport and stay in shape! Try and narrow it down. think if you prefer playing in a team or by youself. Or if you want to get in shape try thinking about what you want to get into shape more. for example if you want to improve your strength try the gym or running if you want to improve your stamminer etc. Over the next few weeks book lots of lessons at you local sports centre try everything i'm sure you will find something you like.
best of luck, let me know how it goes. xxx ]
how about track? you dont have to be a superstar..but its something that requres a lot of hardwork ! you will see how much you improve (even if its just being able to jog around the track once without stopping or something) and its something to be proud of! who knows, your track coach might introduce you to an event that you might really start to like! ]
well it depends? which sports have you already tried
here are some to keep in mind..
high activity level:soccer, lacorsse, basketball, swimming
medium: baseball, track
low: something like golf or volleyball
(p.s im not trying to offend anyone if you disagree)
well hope I helped, good luck ♥ ]
well if your not iin that good of shape i would recommend not trying out for soccer, but it depends what you like no one can really answer this question for you cause you have your own opinion n everything one day you should just try a new sport n practice at it n see if you like it cause its summer!! then you can try out for school sports
hope i helped ]
