Find some time for the two of you to hang out! Make it a priority if you really like this guy.

You probably have the guys phone number, so call him and see if he's busy.

You know his interests so arrange something for you to do together.

Tell this guy that you miss hanging out an dsee what he says.

Hope these suggestions help?!

well,

the easy way is just to knock on his door and ask if he will hang out.

the kinda easy way is get a different friend over, go outside when he is out and act like you are having so much fun

Why don't you try asking him to come along bowling or out to dinner one night with some friends of yours?? I'm shore he'd appreciate an invitation like that. And if you're scared it may seem like you're asking him on a "date", then say it hyper-sounding, and even with a friend or two at your side. Just be polite and smile.. I'm shore you'll do fine.
Go get 'em, Tiger!! :P

Whenever you're NOT busy..go over to his house and make plans in advance. Then ask him for his phone number so you can call a lot and ask him to hang out with you. Plan something with him, and then once you hang out more often, he'll want to be with you more also and call you more. If you have anything in common (I'm sure you do) then do some things with him that you both will like.

Hope I helped,

just walk over or call or email or something asking if he wants to swim (if ya have a pool) or play pingpong or fooseball or whatever you have that he could do with you. if ya have a basketball hoop and he loves basketball that would be great even if you sucked at it. he wont think you like him alot, hell just think "hey a game of basketball? sweet!" cause guys can be slow sometimes ;)
hope i helped!
