Mackenzie answered Sunday July 24 2005, 1:37 pm: Well I guess it just depends on the severity of it, ya know??? I mean, PERSONALLY, I NEVER regret ANYTHING that at ONE TIME brought me HAPPINESS. So if this 'regret' was worth it at the time, it's my opinion to not feel guilty about it. And the way I look at things.. what's done is done, and it's in the past now. Dwelling over it obviously won't alter what ALREADY happened, so what's the point in working myself up over nothing??? I'm really not shore if this of any use to you, but hopefully it's at least got you thinkin'. Goodluck! =] [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
IndieKidsCanRock answered Sunday July 24 2005, 1:16 pm: ♥Almost everyone goes through this. The feeling of regret wont completley leave your system, but there are things you can do to help.
--Talk with a guidance person or a psychiatrist about it. This usually helps.
--Talk about it with anyone you can trust (if there is anyone)
--If this thing is a secret nobody knows about it, tell someone. This way you can open up to them and talk about it. Alot of pressure will be taken off you.
--Accept it, forget about it, and learn from your mistake. [ IndieKidsCanRock's advice column | Ask IndieKidsCanRock A Question ]

MummuM answered Sunday July 24 2005, 1:01 pm: You can learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, you just have to look past the mistake you made and make it as a lesson learnt. No one is perfect so of course everyone is going to make mistakes and regret what they have done; you're not the only one. Just try to forget about it, learn from it and go foward with your life.
