ok i love this girl sooooo much i think im crazy. We are going to a movie 2 weeks from now with friends. I need someone OLDER LIKE 16 & UP to answer this- what should i do? should i put my arm around her and for how long-should i try to hold hands?? i am almost positive that she would do whatever back (holding hands, putting her arm around me etc.,)PLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEZ help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love it when a guy puts his arm around me or holds my hand and when they just go for it and don't do it all slowly. so remember that cause its not like she doesn't know what your doing anyway. DO NOT do that yawning stretch arm thing, just put your arm around her like its casual. you should see a scary movie too, that would make it better. good luck!

i think either would be okay but if i was this girl id want his arm around me.. espically if its a scary movie lol.. sometimes if your arm is behide her head a long time it can get uncomfortable.. so maybe ask her if she comfortable to while you do it.. and if she's not just hold her hand maybe like rub it while holding it.. ♥ Dez

Aww thats cute, a guy to be this nervous, lol its usually the girls, but I think that it would be okay for you to hold her hand, and please don't try any of those stretch-to-put-your-hand-around-her thing thats so pathetic, but you shouldnt worry, just show her that you like her, and she will be happy and she probably likes you too otherwise she would have never wanted to go with you in the first place :)

Well I guess you COULD put your arm around her, but I honestly don't reccomend it. I know you see it all of the time in moves, and all of that hype sort of tainted it. It kind of makes things false and cheesy. Plus, in my opinion anyways, it SCREAMS desperation. Just try reaching for her hand. Don't be nervous, just go for it; it's really no big deal, Hun. And actually, it doesn't really matter WHAT you do, she'll respect you for being gutsy enough to even GO FOR IT, ya know??? I wish you the best of luck! I think you should start out holding hands. Maybe put your arm around her at the movie too. If all goes well and she seems to like you pretty good (if she don't she won't let you hold hands!) ask if you might give her a kiss at the end of your date. Don't be offended if she doesn't want to, but it will probably be OK. :)

ok well im not 15 years old yet but i definitly know what id like a guy to do for me in a movie. it really depends on the kind of girl. if shes the kinda girl who loves a gentleman then open the doors for her and stuff. if she like me and really doesnt care if she has to open the door then leave it at that. the number one rule is to be sweet and not rude. yeah try to put your arm around her in the movie or something. & maybe slide your hand over and put in on top or right next to hers. and hold hands for however long you want, you know? it really doesnt matter. but one thing dont like right when you sit down start trying to hold hands wait until like 15 minutes after the movie starts. have fun :)

Be sweet to her at the movies. Ask her if she would like something to eat or drink. Open the door for her. Girls love it when guys are sweet to them and will go out of their way to make them happy. When you get into the movie, maybe you can put your arm around her for the time being. If you feel like there is a vibe and you two are connecting, just slide your hand over and place it on hers. Then just smile at her or do something cute like that. If you want, you can even kiss her. Not at the first of the movie, maybe towards the middle of it or so. You could look over at her and tell her you're having a wonderful time and she's a great girl. Then just maybe brush her hair back (if it is down), lean in a bit and kiss her.

So like, when you're standing in line, or just standing somewhere, try holding her around the waist. It's a good way to show a girl you really care. But when you're in the movies, there's not much you could do other than what you've thought of: hold hands and put your arm around her. What kind of movie are you seeing? If it's a scary one, let her hold onto your arm. If she does, it'll show if she likes you too. ;) Unless you know she does. Then, well, you've pretty much got yourself set!
