(16/f)Does anyone know a work-out I can do to work my lower abs? I've been doing crunches/sit ups and all i've gotten is a 2-pack. Would leg lifts help? I don't want a work-out video-and i belong to a gym so i have access to medicine balls and what not, but i'd prefer just a movement i could do at home! thanks!

It's something you need to do for quite a while...months, really. And...and i dont know if this applies to you or not...but I've noticed teenagers tend to do situps by only half or a quarter of the way up. You have to go all the way up, and all the way down, for it to be effective. Some claim this puts undue stress on the lower back, but this won't happen provided that you exercise on a mat or soft surface. [ exton's advice column | Ask exton A Question ]

side crunches-put your knees to one side and do crunches to that one side, then switch
bicycle crunches- lay down with your knees up and feet off the floor and move your legs so that it looks like you are riding a bike and with your arms do opposite arm opposite knee.
