okay well my friends birthday is coming up... shes turnin 16... but her birthdays a a suprise! so i really need ideas for what to get her... her parents are gonna buy her a car i kno... and her bff is buying her a really really expensive jacket... so what are some ideas!! please help! thanks... ill rate

Buy some cool decors for her new car!
like fuzzy dice in her fave color and stearing wheel cover in her fave color, and car freshner and beads and stuff for her car.
also, you can go in traditional route.
awesome jewelry from clairs or if you are big in cash, Dior, or Chanel, and such.
and oh yea if you are going with accesory gifts you should consider Sunglasses, because you know those big lensed sunglasses that celebs are wearing these days are TIGHT!
so i hope i helped and it would probably be good to give your friend car stuff and a shirt and a skirt to match her present from her bf so if you are doing that then ask him before or even better, ask him to show you before then you would really know how to match!

Think of a time that you have both been shopping and she has seen something she liked but didn't have the money to buy it. Maybe buy that item or something similar. Maybe you could take her out for a meal and go the cinema together and have a laugh!! Buy her, her fave dvd or cd or book. Take her shoping and spoil her buy buying her something she wants in her favourite shop!

There are loads of things you could get her. Here are some ideas: Perfume, purse, CD's, movies, T-shirts, jeans, shoes, necklace, errings, hats, rings, a gift card for her favorite store, make-up, a photo album, teddy bears, etc. You could do something nice for her too. Sometimes gifts that you make are more meaningful then gifts that are brought. You could make her a photo album of a bunch of pictures of you guys, along with pictures of all your bestfriends. Maybe write some memories or inside jokes on the inside cover.

When i was 16 i wanted a top of the line Laptop PC, but if that's out of your price range then how about a day trip somewhere.
She could drive and you could pay for the shopping and food.
