im on a diet but what to eat

and what should i do to become more skinny and popular?what foods do i need to eat to be more lean? ill rate high if you list as many as you can! thanks in advance

&hearts;Before I even think about helping you with this question, you need to understand that by being thin you're automaticaly popular, it doesn't work that way. Popularity believe it or not is based on personality (and superficial clothing), you have to be self confident, outgoing, and fun to be around. Also, not everyone popular is skinny. But i'll be nice and help you out. Foods to eat that are low in fat:

-- Celery. Alot of celery. No carbs, no calories, no fat. You can try and put some low-fat peanut butter or cream cheese on it.
-- Raw vegetables dipped in light ranch dressing.
-- Cut out all soda, white bread, and unnesscesary sugars. Drink juice and water, try and eat wheat bread, much healthier for you.
-- Fruit. If you are craving sweets, cut the candy, eat some fruit. Sprinkle some sugar or splenda on top for an extra sweet treat.
-- Grilled Chicken. A better alternative to fried chicken fingers, etc. Good over top salad.
-- For dinner instead of eating a baked potatoe, have a sweet potatoe, much leaner.
-- For other snacks: Yogurt, Cheese cubes, Rice cakes, Terra brand Chips, Boiled eggs, Smoothies, etc.

i was always a little heavier and by heavier i mean not fat but not skinny.. i know what its like to want to be popular. i used to be in taht position. but the best thing to do to lose weight is eat whatever you want but eat it in smaller portions. drink a LOT of water and exercise a lot. but that wont make you popular. it mayy give you a little more attention but...and hoo cares if your popular..let me tell you..it sucks..everyone watches everything you do so if you screw up when your popular EVERYONE knows. and no matter how much you wanna be popular..dont change yourself for them..if they dont like hoo you are or how you are then they arent worth it dont compromise yourself. your beautiful the way you are and we are all tehy way we are because God intended us to be tat way for a reason. HOPE i HELPED!

If you want to become skinny you have to MOVE ALOT and eat less fatty foods more veges and fruits..

An easy diet meal plan is to eat prepackaged diet meals-lean cuisine, weight watchers, and healthy choice to name a few. These meals are set up to provide maximum nutrients with low calories and fat.

Negative calorie foods are a dieters best friend. These foods burn more calories digesting than they have in them to begin with. You can eat as much as you want without worrying about added calories. These include asparagus, apples, beets, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruits, lemons, mangos, onions, oranges, papayas, pineapples, spinach, turnips and zucchini. Be sure not to prepare these in a way that will add calories. Steam the veggies or eat raw. An extra bonus for fruits, celery, and cucumber is that they are water-rich foods that help flush your system. Chili has the bonus of boosting your metabolism.

A good quality multi-vitamin will also help you lose weight as it provides essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function.

Drinking lots of water, 8-10 glasses a day, will help you lose weight since it flushes your body. If you don't like water, you can drink lemonade (homemade using sugar substitute), juice, or herbal teas.

If fast food is your diet pit-fall, try switching menu items to reduce calories. Instead of a fried chicken pattie or nuggets, try a grilled chicken and load it with veggies; instead of ice cream cone, try a fruit salad; instead of a burger, try a salad with low-fat dressing.

Switch to low-fat items when possible. Many popular items at the store are made in a lower fat formula. Try skim milk.

ok...as long as you dont turn into one of those preppy gurls who think their better then every one i will be glad to help! to get in shape you need to exersize,,, i would recamend poloties, they are ewasy and fun and trust me they work! but you also need to eat right...try fruits and vegies...but a lil chocolate once and a wile for energy can be helthy...(any thing is healthy in moderation!) what ever you do DO NOT! try diet pills or stuff like that...they are very bad for you and can get you very sick stunt your groth and even give you cancer! so dont do that ok? you can also try different sports or running...any exersize will help...and if you get extra skin...go to hot tubs of shannas...they can tighted your skin and even help you lose ponds....but dont stay in there to long! hope i hilped and good luck! bye!
