gonna be a 10th grader
School is coming up quickly and i need help with some clothes to wear and makeup. i need to get some hot clothes but not to exspensive. Also, what about make-up. i need something that will bounce make people look at me u know. Also for hair my hair what do u suggest. pleassse repile.

CLOTHES --
you can get good clothes at low price.. get your jeans at marshalls b/c they have all the good brands at like $16.00 which is really cheap and sometimes they even have good shirts. you can also try tj maxx b/c they are almost the same thing but marshalls is better. for 'hot' clothes you need to find things that complement you and your body.. so experiment and see which colors and cuts look best on you.. you might want to go to the mall for that b/c there are tons of stores there.
MAKE-UP --
the main key to make-up is less is more!! remember that and you'll do just fine. keep it natural looking. try the scarf test : tie a pink scarf, then an orange scarf around your neck. if the orange scarf looks better then your probably look best in gold or yellow tones. if pink looks better then pink undertones will work better for you. (this applies to everyone regardless of eye color, hair color or ethnicity) fair skin usually looks best in blue-based shades. medium skin can wear most shades and dark skin is most flattered by yellow- based shades and true red lipsticks. experiment with what looks best. get samples if you can or use the in-store testers and wear the product home to see how it looks in your own bathroom mirror or outside.
HAIR--
choose what will work for you.. short hair reasons are : getting ready quicker, flatters a pretty face, highlightes cheekbones and it gives more attention to small features
long hair plusses : more vesatile, less apt to frizz and it slims a face.
straight hair benefits : chic, polished, looks natural
curly hair causes : romantic, gives more volume, wash and go
if your face is round you should stay away from most chin lengh styles. a mid-neck bob slightly layored or a shoulder length style is good for you face shape. square faces should go with a longer cut with face fringing

Try shopping @ Express ...they have the best clothing in my opinion. Forever 21 is not expensive AT ALL and has great clothes.....Bebe has real nice clothes as well.

^great clothes, not too much. tj maxx and marshal fields, i know for sure have clothes like abercrombie, hollister, hurley, american egal,express, ect for wayy less.
make-up. light and simple.
some powder, a beidge or light pink eyeshadow, and some mascara. maybe a little eyeliner. Light lipgloss, maybe some shimmer. there are also sme tinted chap sticks, too. but dont make yourself look totaly different when you have on make=up verses when you dont. :)
hair, vary it. some days up, somedays down, somedays half up. maybe straightened somedays, somedays messy buns, somedays, nice, somedays maybe curley! :) things like that are awesome!

You should wear bright colors to make you stand out and have style. I like american eagle because its not as expensive as other stores like abecrombie and pac sun. Make up is way less expensive at drug stores and grocery stores but still good. The best way i wear mmy hair is in a pony tail then flipped up in a clip. Another hott hairstyle is taking a little bit of hair and pinning it back with a clip in the center. To make it even better make loose curls with a curl enhancer or curling iron.

( i hope) well anyway when it comes to the make up .. it all depends on what you look like. .. if you're pail skined then you dont want to wear dark colors...
first make up - for pail skin Use bright eye shadow like a sky blue .. and light pink eye liner.. i no what your thinking ..what?? but believe me it will look good.. or.. you could use dark brown eyeliner on ur eyelids.. covered by light brown shadow..and NYC Lipgloss.. as for clothes with pale skin.. wear light colors like yellow .. light blue.. pink .. .. but not to bright you look like a macy day float..
if you are white to tan- then black eyeliner and shimmer purple eye shadow is a good way to go .. also NYC lipgloss with a light brown lip liner.. that what i always use .. as for clothes..
if you wear bright pink.. then it will make your skin look darker.. jeans that fit nicely make you look slimmer.. dont buy anything to tight .. or to loose.. .. you want people to be able to see your curves
If you're dark skin then a great eyeliner is white for the tops of your eyes lids.. i also use that .. it lookes nice and makes your eyes brighter .. believe me people will notice also NYC lipgloss with lip liner.. lol as for clothes.. nice fit flare jeans.. light shorts.. brand tees.

Hair- Wear it down, you could crimp it, or get it layered and straighten it.
Clothes- Torn jeans, like they have holes in em. Or just a regular pair of jeans. Or a cute mini skirt. For a shirt, maybe a cute logo T-shirt or tank top. Ross has <b>cheap<b> clothes that are cute and name brands.
Make up- Creme eyeshadow, the color of your shirt that your wearing. A little eye liner. And mascera.

you could go to Ulta or even Wal-Mart for your make-up. For clothes you could go to Hollister or Aeropostale, they aren't too expensive but if you're looking for something cheaper you could go to Ross. As for your hair, get it cut a different way or dye it.

for makeup dear i cant help you there because the most i ever wear is eyeliner and eyeshadow...but i do know that silver eyeshadow(maybelline)looks good on anyone pretty much. for clothes...go to marshalls or ross or burkes outlet if you have one near you...because they have namebrand clothes for cheap...uhmm foleys too they have pretty good sales...and mervyns! hmmm for your hair...half up half down...and maybe leave a little out in the front.

ok i think that you should go to a really nice store like RAVE or something and get a nice mini skirt and a cute tank top or short sleeve shirt. For make-up i think that you should wear eyeliner and a light eye shadow and mascara. you should prolly leave your hair down and wear it in a headband or something. you'll look hott ;) hope i helped :)
