PinkLady4863 answered Monday July 11 2005, 11:49 pm: many people will give you numerous ab exercises, but the truth is you can have a 6 pack but if your body fat percentage is high, you won't be able to see it. so start eating healthier and run everyday* sooner or later your whole body will be leaner along with your belly!
